Of course not. There are lots of things it can be.. IBS, anxiety, your diet, hemmerhoids, and of course non-cancerous polups. ect ect. At 25 colon cancer would be extremely rare. If your stools are very thin, and have blood with them, then you should go to your doctor asap.
