I would think that your question is self-explanatory. Tumors for colon cancer are...well... in your colon. Tumors for rectal cancer are .... well.... in your rectum. You will never pass gas the same way. Having lower back pain is part of aging and may be due to activities you have done; bending, lifting, etc. Also, getting constipated is a fact of life. But if you are truly concerned then why are you on answers instead of at your family physician? You want to worry about something worry about all the poverty, famine and war in this world.

I have to agree with what Palmyrafan says. Except her last sentence which was kind of lame.

I am so fed up of hearing people worry and panic about cancer just because they have a pain or ache somewhere. If your so scared, go and see a doctor. We cannot help you. But your symptoms do not sound like the symptoms associated with colorectal cancer. Nevertheless, go and see your doctor.
