Could this be colon cancer? I just took a crap, and my crap kinda on the flat side. Not really like ribbon like crap, but flatter than it should be. I also found random areas with light red. I'm only 20 years, and I don't have any other symtoms of colon cancer.

It does not sound like colon cancer. Usually, colon cancer has no symptoms at all until it gets into the latter stages. Then you would notice a considerable weight loss, constipation and severe abdominal pain. I suggest you eat more fiber and pay attention to your diet. The light red may be blood, but that color blood usually means you're bleeding closer to the rectum. In that case, it may be a minor case of hemorrhoids. If this condition continues, you'll need to see a doctor to determine if it's something more. Parasites or diverticulitis may be something to look into.
