So usually I'm able to crap every day, but lately like the last 5 days it's been switching from either not being able to crap that and having ribbon like crap. I don't have any other symptoms of colon cancer. I'm only 21, and have no family history of colon cancer other than a grandma had it, but it was caused by smoking for her. Okay, now I'm finding light red blood on the toilet paper... Is it just my ocd screwing with me?

Cancer at your age is very unlikely. It's most likely that your mind is causing problems with your insides. The blood is probably slight piles due to the other issues. But I am not a doctor and YOU MUST SEE ONE. Don't take any chances.

What you have is called constipation. Smoking does not cause colon cancer.
