Had colon cancer and did radation and it fried my colon now i dont poop right, has any body had this

Had colon cancer and did radation and it fried my colon now i dont poop right, has any body had this.?
they say there is nothing to do for it only i can ware a bag. it is painfull. and i dont want a bag.

Although my wife did not have colon cancer, she did have much radiation to her head and neck. She had several normal body functions (saliva, swallowing, speech, hair, etc) that did not work the same or at all after radiation. I guess the way to look at it is that it is better than the alternatives (my wife did die after three years of fighting). The only thing I can tell you is that I would gladly have my wife back with me even with all the life changing stuff that went along with her treatments. The best of luck to you.
