i poop in small round balls and the last 1 just have a little red mark on the side and thts blood can tht lead to Colon Cancer? but i have been constipation lately so the poop is trying to get out of my system w/e way it can

I doubt it's colon cancer, although if you're scared, you could have your doctor do a test. If you're constipated, it's most likely your feces are very hard, and are scraping your internally, causing the little bits of bleeding. I suggest taking in more fiber, or a laxative, and drink lots of water. If you don't get back to regular soon, see your doctor.

When theres blood, it could be lots of things: an ulcer or a hemorrhoid. There are simple solutions to those problems. An ulcer can occur when you stress. Usually there is lots of blood for severe situations. There is medication for that. See a pharmacist. Hemorrhoids occur from pushing too hard to make the poop come out. There's hemorrhoid cream or they usually heal on there own. I'm not sure the symptoms for colon cancer. But I'm just telling you all this to have you calm down and not worry about such a severe case as cancer.
