So usually I'm able to crap every day, but lately like the last 5 days it's been switching from either not being able to crap that and having ribbon like crap. I don't have any other symptoms of colon cancer. I'm only 21, and have no family history of colon cancer other than a grandma had it, but it was caused by smoking for her. Okay, now I'm finding light red blood on the toilet paper... Is it just my ocd screwing with me?

more than likely, its not colon cancer. BUT its never normal to bleed especially if you havent just had a large bowel movement. i'd def go to the doctor. tell him your concerned about colon cancer that way they will be sure not to throw that possibility to the curve since your so young, they might not want to bother testing you for it.
