Anything new in the U.S or elsewhere for cancer that started in the colon; moving to lungs then else where???
A very good friend of mine was diagnoised with colon cancer, it went into remiss, then showed up as lung cancer, this past May, it moved to the vagina and tho she told doctors she needed to see them; they put her off and now it has a good foot hold. She was supposed to get help from a large local hospital, but because it moved to a new place they will not see her now. Anyone know of any help for her? She has a wonderfull husband and sons. I am burning a trail to God with prayers for her as well as her family. I am not sure if her husband will survive long without her; and her sons as well. They are such a loving family and my heart aches for all of them. Please if anyone has any information that may help her please let us know. People who are this loving shouldn't have to be pulled apart like this.

I don't know much about this topic so I can't help, but I do want to say that not everyone out "here" is as cold as the one person who responded to your post. That is not only rude, it's completely uncalled for and heartless. I hope that somehow you all will be able to get your friend the help she needs and that she somehow beats the odds. Bless you all.

i don't necessarily believe in the system of medicine practiced in this country(U.S.) i don't feel as though people's hearts are in it. I feel for you and your friend. the good are always called upon early by the Good Lord. i lost my mother to Cancer 10 years ago , but i now have the great memory of having her in my childhood. i was also given a good heart and caring personality that i now have...so in response to your question if this scenario were to ever happen to me,i would seek help from someone who practice Western medicine ...ex. chinese or any Asians. Maybe look them up online or even ask someone who works at a Chinese restaurant. i have found these people to be very polite and helpful. i wish you the best of luck and to your friend. my condolences are with you
