Is it a problem if you don't crap for a day and when I have been crapping, It's only been one piece latley. Is this normal? Could it be colon cancer? Or could it cause colon cancer later on? I'm 20 years old btw.

The fact that your stool comes in one piece simply means that it's firm enough that it all hangs together, and your anus is relaxed enough that it stays open long enough for it all to come out in one go. This is a sign that you're healthy and don't have any nervous condition prompting your anus to contract unnecessarily. The main warning sign of colon cancer is blood in the stool; specifically, blood from the colon area, which will look black and tarry when it reaches the exit and becomes visible. Blood from the anus and rectum will be red, and usually is caused by hemorrhoids, but chronic bleeding in this area should always be discussed with your doctor.
